1.Methods: The linker fragment Xba Ⅰ Stu Ⅰ Sal Ⅰ Kpn Ⅰ 3 Not Ⅰ was generated by PCR amplification with the upstream primer containing Xba Ⅰ, Stu Ⅰ, Sal Ⅰ and Kpn Ⅰ recognition sequence and the downstream primer. The PCR product was inserted into pMD 18T and then cloned into pCANTAB5X to construct the phagemid pCANTAB5L.
2.In character recognition, the character lineament sequence was generated according to contour list and the character similarity was measured by its correlation value.
3.Considering recognition of acceptor site, the different sequence length of acceptor site was selected and then the effect of branch site on acceptor site recognition was studied and analyzed with neural network, the results proved that branch sites had an important effect on acceptor sites recognition,the results also provided a available basis for the feature extraction of acceptor sites recognition.

7.Abstract: In this paper,a variety of encryption methods for optical image security are comparatively studied.According to the different method,the encrypted image can be transformed into white or color noise.The encryption phase can be the random phase or the chaotic sequence as well as the calculated result by used of the phase retrieval algorithm.The image quality and the correlative recognition ability of decrypted image are affected by the different part of the decryption phase and the amount of high frequency or low frequency used in the process of decryption.
