1.In chapter two, for research of the relatedness of EFPs of different group NPV, two recombinant baculoviruses were constructed via Bac-to-Bac system. HaSNPVgp64+egfp+ possessing GP64 of AcMNPV and EGFP, and HaSNPVegfp+ with an EGFP as control. Western blot analysis indicated that GP64 was expressed in HzAMI cells infected with HaSNPVgp64+egfp+ and was packaged into progeny BVs.
