1.To study the neural morphological basis of the "abdominal reflex spinal cord center bladder" artificial bladderreflex arc established by abdominal reflex.
2.Methods:All the 67 cases of spina bifida with neurogenic bladder and bowel were treated with an artificial somatic-Central Nervous System-autonomic reflex pathway procedure to gain bladder & bowel control.
4.a bladder disorder resulting from interruption of the reflex arc normally associated with voiding urine; absence of bladder sensation and over-filling of the bladder and inability to urinate voluntarily.
7.Objective To discuss the effect of artificial somatic-spinal cord center-autonomic reflex arc in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and bowe l dysfunction in spina bifida patients.
