4.Result:①The differences of cody weight, tail systolic pressure, left ventricular mass (LVM), relative wall thickness (RWT),left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF), fractional shortening (FS), middle-level fractional shortening (mFS) and meridional end-systolic wall stress (MESS) were insignificant statistically among all the groups before treatment (P>0.05).
5.Acted by gravity, the crest slab of cave would formed separation , and the criterion of separation collapsed is 2cb + 2λρg tanφhb < (hρg -P_0)r. It showed that the crest slab of cave collapsing are relative with size of cave、thickness of crest slab、the press by overlying rock formation and its character.
7.A general method for designing diffraction lenses is presented. It is adoptable to the diffraction lenses with large relative aperture and arbitrary conjugate distance while the effect of the substrate thickness is taken into consideration. A lens thus designed was fabricated by a laser writing system and the diffraction limit quality was obtained.
