1.Replicate analysis of two seawatet samples with Ag concentration of 0.05ppb and 0.10 ppb shows the relative standard deviation of 3.0% and 3.8% respectively.
2.Under optimum conditions, calibration graphs are linear over the range 0.06~0.48 μg/mL for bovine serum albumin(BSA). The relative standard deviation of seven replicate measurements was 2.2% for 0.24 μg/mL sample.
3.There is a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of mercury from 0 to 180 g/L. The detection limit for Hg(Ⅱ) is 4.2 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) calculated from 11 replicate determinations of 1.0 g Hg(Ⅱ) is 5.8%.
