1.In this paper, existed methods for testing FSHβ subunit, ESR and ob genes which influence the reproduction and meat quality performance in swine were studied. A new method was proposed. Using one PCR procedure these three genes can be analysed simultaneously and the results were identical to that obtained by stparated analysis.
