2.With HIPS as matrix resin,the toughening modification of impact modifier SBS on HIPS was stud- ied by using twin-screw extruder,and the effect of the technical conditions on property of prepared toughened HIPS was also studied.
3.The thesis considered the production practice,mainly discuss the effects of modifier with different additive phase and additive quantity on synthesis technique and properties of resin through study on the modification of UF resin adhesive .
4.Combining with applications,structure and toughness characteristic of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) resin,methods of toughening modification and their influences on microstructure and mechanical properties of PBT blends in recent years were reviewed. These methods included toughening by means of copolymerization, elastomer toughening,blending with polyolefin, core-shell copolymer toughening and engineering thermoplastics toughening.
7.During the process of the experiments, in order to make the modified resin got a good curing performance, the modification resin was add to E-51, determined the dosage of E-51 is 50%,adopted intermisly adding water, modified resin/E-51 was gained, relatively content of epoxy groups and hydrophilic groups in the modified resin was adjusted by changing the dosage of diethanolamine.
