2.The powder was characterized by means of thermal analysis(TG-DSC),X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and resistance-thermometer. The results show that the powder is crystallized,the component is only VO_2,the average particle size is 80～120 nm,its phase transition temperature is 68.5 ℃,and its resistance abrupt change reaches three magnitudes.
采用TG-DSC、XRD、TEM及电阻—温度仪等测试手段对所得粉末进行了测试分析,实验结果表明:所得VO2粉末呈结晶态,组分单一,粒径为80~120 nm,相变温度为68.5℃,电阻突变量约3个数量级。收藏指正
