3.During dendritic solidification of metal by the Bridgman methoda stable longitudinal sinusoidal vibration with different order of resonant fre-quencys have been applied. The influence of vibration on the morphology ofsolid-liquid interface,structure and mechanical properties of metallic dendritewere determined.
5.This system applies time average Laser Holograph and optical correlation methods to remote measurement of the dynamic characteristic of resonant frequency, vibrating mode, resistance and Q value etc. Compared with the traditional electronic measuring methods, it has high sensitivity and does not odd any mechanics effect, such as additional mass and rigidity on the sensor, so that this way can measure the vibration mode of micro-mattes.
6.A method is presented to assess the vibration reliability for blade design. The method based on Campbell diagram and the concept of PFTA (Probability Fault Tree Analysis) is used to improve conventional assessment methods,and aims at developing an effective method for resonance identification and assessment of the characteristics of blade resonance system,which consists of multiple resonant interception on the Campbell diagram at or near the operating speed.
