2.Unless otherwise agreed, the broker has, as against the assured, a lien upon the policy for the amount of the premium and his charges in respect of effecting the policy; and, where he has dealt with the person who employs him as a principal, he has also a lien on the policy in respect of any balance on any insurance account which may be due to him from such person, unless when the debt was incurred he had reason to believe that such person was only an agent.
3.1. Notwithstanding Article 36, no Member shall consider unlawful the performance of any of the acts referred to in that Article in respect of an integrated circuit incorporating an unlawfully reproduced layout-design or any article incorporating such an integrated circuit where the person performing or ordering such acts did not know and had no reasonable ground to know, when acquiring the integrated circuit or article incorporating such an integrated circuit, that it incorporated an unlawfully reproduced layout-design.
5.The term of protection of the right of publication, the right of exploitation and the right to remuneration in respect of a work where the copyright belongs to a legal person or entity without legal personality, or in respect of a work created in the course of employment where the legal person or entity without legal personality enjoys the copyright (except the right of authorship), shall be fifty years, expiring on December 31 of the fiftieth year after the first publication of such work, provided that any such work that has not been published within fifty years after the completion of its creation shall no longer be protected under this Law.
10.The Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting may decide, on the recommendation of the Executive Council, that the Association will indemnify current or former Officers of the Association (hereinafter defined as "members of the Executive Council, the Secretary General and any other employee of the Association, as well as any person duly authorized to act on behalf of the Association"), against costs and charges in respect of a civil, criminal or administrative proceeding to which he/she is made a party by reason of being or having been an Officer of the Association, if that person acted honestly and in good faith in fulfillment of his/her duties with a view to the best interests of the Association.
