5.Results of the experiments showed that each single factor selected in the studies affected respiratory intensity and sensory quality of storaged fewflower wildrice when the rest factors were fixed, with suitable ranges of the factors being 0-1 degree Celsius for storing temperature, 90%-100% for relative humidity, 15%-20% for O 2 concentration, and 15% for CO 2 concentration.
