2.The results showed the optimization condition was that rice chaff power:wheat bran:corncob was 5?3?2,the addition rate of water was 1/3,addition quantity of(NH4)2SO4 was 2.5%,addition quantity of KH2PO4 was 2%,the initial pH was 6.0,cultured for 84 h at 28~30 ℃. Under this condition the CMC enzymatic activity could achieve 1 865 u/g dry leaven.
