1.In this paper,using the finite element method,we completed the computation of static rigidity for a lathe bed.
2.Computation and test showed that the variation of magnetic force and bearing rigidity increases along with the reduction of axial magnetic gap and the augment of clearance between magnets.
3.3. Considering it is difficult to get the angular displacement, also the precision is not enough, while using the method in the damage identification process has carried on shrinks step processing from the structure initial model rigidity matrix. And now only needs to get the deflection value of each pitch point then it is possible to calculate the identification result, obtained a more ideal result through the value computation.
