1.Based on the 1∶100000 landcover map of the Heihe river basin in 2000 and the global 25-type classification systems,the 30 s landcover map of the Heihe river basin(Heihe data for short) was brought out combined with the 1∶1000000 vegetation classification map,which is the same classification format with global 30 s landcover data(USGS data for short) brought forward by Loveland at the beginning of 1990′s.
2.Based on a systematic investigation on the predatory natural enemy community in cotton fields to the North of the Huaihe River of Anhui Province, the methods of polar ordination (PO) and fuzzy cluster analysis (FCA) were employed to study the dynamic classification of predatory natural enemy community in cotton fields and the method of principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to study the major stages of change of predatory enemy community in cotton fields during the process of cotton growth and development.
3.Based on investigation to the storage amount and characteristics of CWD in sub-alpine dark conifer forests at upper reaches of the Yangtze river, this paper discussed the formation and sources of CWD in Abies fabri (Omei fir) forests at different age stages, and put forward a method of CWD classification by its constituents and decomposition grades.
4.In this paper,systematic classification and studies were ca r ried out on geomorphic tourist resources in the Qingjiang river valley.Based on t he types,characteristics and distribution of geomorphic tourist resouces,the aut hors advanced the developing thinking,pattern and strategies in utilizing these resources.
