1.In order to obtain excellent acrylate emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), reduce cost of PSA and raise the value of tackifying resin emulsion, the present paper discloses a kind of water dispersion pressure-sensitive adhesive composition made of acrylic(ester) monomers with core-shell polymerization and modified with rosin ester emulsion, with the result that while being a water dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the product-modified displays excellent properties on a par with others similar.
2.the optimal conditions of polymerization were : masses of Allyl maleated rosin ester and aluminum chloride, 20g and 3g respectively, temperature and time, 75 ℃and 4h respectively. The products were separated and purified easy, under the optimal conditions, the acid value of the product of esterification was 99.7, the yield of esterification was 96.3%;
4.In the presence of alkaline soap as emulsifier and catalyst, hydrogenated rosin sucrose esters (HRSE) were synthesized by transesterification reaction of hydrogenated rosin ethyl ester and sucrose under the conditions of (125±1)℃,molar ratio of hydrogenated rosin ethyl ester to sucrose 1 ∶1, pressure 0.090 MPa without solvent.
