1.The Faraday rotation temperature coefficient of a new type TbYbBiIG bulk crystal is -2.3×10 -2 (deg/mm·K) in temperature range of 10°C to 80°C and it is expected to be used as a more practical Faraday rotator for optical isolator with temperature stable isolation.
2.Its Faraday rotation has low temperature dependence,the temperature sensibility is 4.20×10 -4 (K -1 ) among 250~400 K.
3.After annealing,the Faraday rotation at room temperature is about 1.9×10 4 deg/cm at 633nm,the absorption coefficient is about 2500cm -1 .
