1.Method: The work quality of food sanitation supervision from 1997 to 2004 in Dongfeng Company was synthetically evaluated by RSR method.
2.5. The contrast analyses among the 3 control methods such as normal control method (spraying DDVP), DDVP smoking agent method and plant-material smoking agents method showed: the DDVP residual in the cucumber was 0.253 mg/kg by using the normal control method, which exceeds the sanitation standard of vegetable safety (>0.2mg/kg);
3.the DDVP residual was 0.143 mg/kg if using DDVP smoking agent method, and the DDVP residual was under the sanitation standard;
4.Conclusion: RSR method can objectively reflect the good and bad level of the work quality of food sanitation supervision and be used in comprehensive evaluation on the work quality of food sanitation supervision.
