sarcocarp
.This paper analyses the silverberry′chemic components in leaf, branch, sarcocarp and stone.
.Part oneFructus corni is dry ripe sarcocarp of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. ,family Cornaceae.
.Accumulation and components of sugars were affected evidently by AI and NI in muskmelon fruit, but the action of SS was weak. Sucrose accumulation accorded with the increase of SPS activity in sarcocarp of Elizabeth during ripe stage.
.Combined with the comprehensive analyses of experimental data, the experimental results shows:(1) The conductivity of the Citrus Gonggan increased continuously when it stored with the temperature of 0 ℃ and the humidity of 90%, and changed abruptly at the sixth day of cold storage, which shows that the membrane permeability of the sarcocarp tissue increases sharply after 6 days and that the Citrus Gonggan was already damaged by cold.
.2.The desalting was to extracted extracting solution of sucrose-metabolizing enzyme The content of sucrose, glucose, fructose, starch and the activities of sucrose-metabolizing enzymes——acid invertase, neutral invertase, sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase——were investigated in sarcocarp of Elizabeth and Wuyin No 1. Physiological mechanism of sugar accumulation in muskmelon fruits was systemically analyzed.
.The content of sucrose, glucose, fructose, starch and the activities of sucrose-metabolizing enzymes, including acid invertase(AI), neutral invertase(NI), sucrose synthase (SS) and sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS), were studied in sarcocarp of Elizabeth and Wuyin No. 1 muskmelon varieties. Physiological mechanism of sugar accumulation in muskmelon fruit was systemically analyzed.
