4.(The Department of Computer Science, Xiamen University) Abstract This paper analyses various existing Chinese ideogram coding systems (CICS) Based on these analysises, this paper puts forward the aim of CICS and proposes rule for us to follow in order to achieve this aim This paper also develops a CICS: 1-2-CICS, which accomplishes this aim.
8.The basic sense of scientific and technical papers was summarized, the types and requirements of scientific and technical papers on pratacultural science were introduced briefly, especially the general form and basic requirements in each parts of a scientific and technical paper on pratacultural science written normatively including title, authors, working unit, abstract, key words, preface, text, conclusions, discussion, references, English abstract and acknowledgement were expounded in details.
10.Using the quantitative statistical methods, through to "Information Science" 407aspects and so on paper selected topic contents, abstract, author, quotation carries on the statistical analysis, and with "Information Science" in recent years related statistical data contrast, obtains this publication characteristic and the law of development, will provide the reference data for its next development.
