1.Comparing the usage of duckbill valve with multi-port heads in Fengpu outfall in Shanghai it is concluded that whether or not duckbill valves shall be used in a seaoutfall depends on the comprehensive analysis of the specific engineering conditions.
2.The advantages and disadvantages of using duckbill valve in sea outfalls are discussed in this paper, and the suitable conditions to use duckbill valve in outfall are put forward.
