2.In addition, considering industry hollow of central district of cities, so after removing the output index of added value of secondary industry, this paper reused the DEA model to carry on the analysis. The research shows that added value of secondary industry of some central district plays an important role in comprehensive competitiveness, and some central districts need to carry on resource conformity so as to increase productivity, finally to improve their comprehensive competitiveness.
