1.Dragon and all of its employees are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, which include, without limitation, laws covering securities, insider trading, labor, employment, occupational health and safety, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, information privacy, commercial bribery and kickbacks, false or misleading financial information or misuse of corporate assets.
2.Of the total number of laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises, 3.817 million had received basic living securities, and 1.558 million had registered with re- employment service centers.
