1.There is obvious difference between the two groups in average age,serum albumin(A),fasting blood sugar(BS),serum cholinesterase(CHE),prothrombin time(PT) and total cholesterol(TC)(P<0.01 for each).
2.The results showed that the content of red bolld cell ,hemoglobin and serum potassium wasobviously higher than that of local horse(Equus caballus,),while serum cholinesterase was remarkablylower than that of olcal horse,The statistical differences of other indexes between the two species werenot obvious
3.Objective To determine the role of prealbumin(PAB) , cholinesterase(CHE) and total bile acid (TBA) in diagnosing the degree of inflammatory and fibrosis of liver in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Serum levels of PAB, CHE and TBA in patients with chronic hepatitis B improved by liver biopsy were detected.
