severe arrhythmia
.Relation between Dispersion Degree of QT Interval and JT Interval of Early AMI and Recent Severe Arrhythmia
.The role of severe hypokalemia in triggering life-threatening ventricular arrhythmia is well documented.
.Therefore, medical therapy is still very important in the treatment of this fatal disease. Two successive patients with AMI complicated by severe CGS were successfully treated by using prolonged(3-4 weeks)infusion of ultrahigh-dose dopamine(20-50μg·kg-1/min) combined with low-dose,nitroprusside (5-40 μg/min),and no severe side effects such as worsening of arrhythmia and isehemia were found.
.The occurrence of cardiac arrhythmia in 30 severe cases of cor pulmonale discovered by continuous EKG monitoring
