4.Another part of the study is to study the short near infrared transmittance spectroscopy of apple and tomato on grating near infrared instrument then to establish mathematic model of apple Brix , rigidity and tomato lycopene. The coefficients of all models are above 0.8 which approves it is feasible to use short near infrared transmittance spectroscopy to non-destructively analyze internal qualities of fruit.
