signal activity
1.In the present paper cellular and molecular biological studies on the bioeffects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields(ELF EMFs) were reviewed. The mentioned observation results involved effects of ELF EMFs on signal transduction, enzyme activity, gene expression, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, gene mutation and chromosome aberration.
4.Abstract: This paper is an attempt to reviewbriefly the following fourresearch trends in plant physiology at the turn of century: from research on biological macromolecules to clarification of complex life activitiesgenomics, construction and function of gene; a key link in achieving integrated life activity signal transduction; the energy and material basis of life activity metabolism and its control; the interrelationship between plant and environment (both biological and abiological ) biological coevolution and adaptability.
9.In addition, oxidative modification function on the activation of apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF), on the regulation of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1(ASK1) signaling pathway and on the activation and activity of anti-apoptosis transcription factor NF-κB. Taken together, oxidative modification appears to be a pivotal modulating fashion and novel molecular mechanism in addition to phosphorylation and ubiquition in regulation of apoptotic signaling.
