1.With tetraethyl ortho-silicate (TEOS) as main material and through the polymerization-sol process, silicon sol is obtained and is compounded with styrene-acrylic latex to give complex binder, then the silicon sol and styrene-acrylic complex road-mark coatings.
2.The results show that the suitable alloy coating process is as follows: binder is ethyl silicate,fluxing agent is 4% boron, grain size of alloy powder is 100#(0.154mm), thickness of alloy coating is Smm. the suitable V-EPC process factor is as follows: pouring temperature is 1550℃, vacuum degree is 0.03-0.05MPa.
