similarity coefficient
.Similarity coefficient analysis of the four regions shows that the similarity from greater to smaller is: Oriental, Palearctic, Australian and Afrotropical Regions;
.The similarity coefficient of Zmu-1∶DHP guinea pig was 0.834±0.066,significantly highter than that of DHP strain.
.(3) The mean band similarity coefficient is 0.4539 in Angora goats, 0.4077 in F 2, and 0.6111 in F 3;
.(2) The similarity coefficient ranging from 0.7-0.96 within the P. alba, 0.68-0.96 within P.tremula , and 0.50-1.00 within P.canescen.
.Results The similarity coefficient(Dice) of DNA fingerprints(ERIC-PCR and PCR-TGGE) of reduplicate samples in the same production batch was 78%~95% and 96%~100% respectively.
.The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) based on gliadin ranged from 0.005 to0.996, with an average of 0.501.It was showed that there was abundant aberrance in these varities.
.The result showed that L.casei can be classified into 6 ERIC and 7 AFLP genotypes, L. acidophilus can be divided into 12 ERIC and 11 AFLP genotypes (similarity coefficient = 0.8).
.Results and Conclusion: The average similarity coefficient between imported and domestic Daemonorops draco Bl. was lower than 0.330. But the average similarity coefficient of Daemonorops draco Bl. obtained from different factories were higher than 0.905.The visualized convolution fingerprint diagrams of 8 samples were obtained and successfully identified, and the results coincided quite well with those of classical phyto-taxonomy.
