similarity group
.The average genetic similarity within each group was 0.808, 0.75, 0.739, 0.742 and 0.7 for cauliflower, broccoli, Chinese kale, kohlrabi and cabbage respectively.
.Euclidean distance is taken as similarity measure and the group average method is used as clustering algrithm
.Eleven genotypes of forty-four isolates were obtained in analysis of 23S rDNA PCR-RFLP. There were 2 genetic groups at 83% similarity level. Thirty-seven strains of group 1 were separated with reference strains and they have the elven genotypes.
.The SDS-PAGE electropheresis of whole-cell proteins was applied in classification of 71 strains isolated from Astragalus spp..It was showed that the technique is a simple and rapid method in classification of rhizobia. The similarity of strains in the same group is 78%,and DNA homology is above 70%.
.Based on the average band number and the similarity index of Rf value by t test,7 ecotypes can be subdivided into 3 groups:A group(Gundil、Aus and Boro),B group(Tjereh and Aman),C group(Bulu and Upland rice).
.Based on the average band number and the similarity index of Rf value in each ecotypes, 7 ecotypes can be subdivided into 3 groupes: A group (Aus and Bore), B groups (Gundil) and C group (Tjere, Aman, Bulu and Upland rice).
.Obtains two kinds of quantity group based on the similitude principle, i.e. the dimensionless similarity criterion and the dimensional thermal stratification height.
.Group Ⅰ was composed of slow-growing strains and could be further divided into two branches, ⅠA and ⅠB at the similarity level of 79%.
.Group Ⅱ was composed of fast-growing strains, which also could be further divided into two branches, ⅡA and ⅡB at the similarity level of 62%. Branch ⅡA consisted of ⅡA1, ⅡA2 and ⅡA3 clusters at the similarity level of 72%.
