1.The variation of the performance coefficient COP, the exergetic efficiency η, the solution circulation ratio CR and the temperature boost △T for the water/glycol and water/diglycol temperature-boost absorption heat pumps with the different heat source temperature t_g, heat sink temperature t_e and reflux ratio R is investigated experimentally.
2.Based on the finite time thermodynamic theory, the thesis discusses the optimization of Rankine cycle, Brayton cycle and Stirling cycle between constant temperature heat source and constant temperature heat sink or between variable temperature heat source and constant temperature.

4.Based on a plane mould with a boss, L27(313) orthogonal array was conducted to investigate the significance of each factors (boss, melt temperature, injection time, packing pressure, packing time) on sink mark depth. The two-way interaction influences between melt temperature and injection time, between packing pressure and injection time were also considered.
5.The design and fabrication of a Ka band Si CW IMPATT diode are introduced in this paper. CW output power levels of 400-800 mW with gold inte-grated heat sink,an efficiency of 5-10 percent and a junction temperature of 200-250℃ have been achieved from DDR IMPATT diode at frequenctes around 35 GHz.
6.Towards simulating electronic apparatus, an experimental equipment of loop thermosyphon heat sink on the heat transfer characteristic was set up, which is divided into heating subsystem, vacuum subsystem, measuring temperature subsystem, water pipeline subsystem and cooling subsystem.
7.The measurement results can be compared and validated with each other. So the effect on the result caused by the temperature drift of heat sink is reduced, and the precision is improved.
8.When the temperature is 700℃, the heat sink of decalin and MCH are 2437.25kJ/kg and 3119.29kJ/kg respectively, the two fuels can offer enough cooling capacity for hypersonic flight at above 5 Mach. Finally, selectivity and catalyst lifetime of endothermic fuel decalin catalytic dehydrogenation was studied at normal pressure and supercritical state.
