1.The paper is an empirical study on Chinese enterprises, which founded Skill-Based Strategic Cooperation. By means of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the aim of study is to probe the structure of Organizational Learning Capacity (OLC), then discuss the relationship of OLC, Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Cooperation Performance (CP) with SEM.
