1.Abstract: In this paper,first FE simulation algorithms for contact search,contact constraint,and the calculation of contact and friction loads were established based on the analysis for contact friction problem in sheet metal forming.Then the FE simulation model for contact friction problem in sheet metal forming was set up.At last,the efficiency & stability of this model was proved to be satisfactory by the comparing numerical example and experiment results of skin stretch forming.
3.The high effective moistening elements of Ceramide and HA etc. penetrate the depth of pores, reaching cutis layer, activating cells, enabling dry skin to re-gain the function of water and nutrition storage, supplying the skin with enough water and nutrition, in the meantime, forming a biological water-locking film in the surface of skin, stably tenderizing skin with water for 24 hours.
5.The results by SEM and EDX show that when rare earth is added in the form of mischmetal-cobalt pre-alloyed powder, during the sintering process, lanthanum and cerium as well as the impurity elements mainly from the sintering atmosphere get enriched on the sinter skin of cemented carbide spherical powder with an average diameter of less than 200 μm, forming a third phase containing La, Ce, S, Ca, W, C and O.
7.A exposure-control study of 10 children (aged 10 to 12) and 12 workers exposed to vinyl chloride(VC)are reported by using the informed erythrocyte rosette forming test(E- RFT), neutrophilic granulocyte phagocytosis (NGP) test and phytohemagglutinin (PHA) skin test as immunological indexes in order to observe the effects of air VC pollution to the immune function of the population.
