2.The results of electrophoresis on polyacrylamide and isoelectric focusing elec trophoresis of these three toxic fractions showed that they are homogeneous. Their isoelectric points are 8.7, 9.1,9.1 respectively . The molecular weight of the toxins determined by SDS-discontinuous polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis are 6,600, 5,000 and 8,500 respectively.
3.The isozyme phenotypes of lactate dehydrogenasc (LDH), malate dehydro-genase (MDH) , glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenasc (G-6-PDH) and esterase (EST) between gynogenetic haploid and diploid of Rana limnochris were compared by polyacrylamide gel slab-electrophoresis.
4.Method: The esterase(EST)that come from 5 stages is studied by concentration gradient polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis (CG-PAGSE)and anaylsed by America Bio-Red Gel Doc 2000 Quantity One gel image analysis system. So it is with the malate dehydrogenase(MDH),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and general protein(PT).
5.The isozyme proteins of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4, in esterase isozyme loci Est A and Est B, were purified and segregated from mycelia of Agaricus bisporus with polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (PAGE).
6.Methods: Pot control was adopted in the experiments and vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique was utilized in the POD analysis.
