1.[Objective] To find out the formaldehyde residua in waterishlogged sleeve-fish and its influencing factors. [Methods] The whole procedure of manufacture was followed.
2.The samples were extracted by aether. Benzoic acid and sorbic acid in dried sleeve-fish products were determined by HPLC with DAD detector (225nm) on the C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm)using elution of KH_2PO_4 solution and methanol(95∶5) for separation.
