1.The toxic effect was slight. Languor was the most common symptom in the grade-I to IV adverse reactions, accounting for 48.4% of the total cases. Other related symptoms included the anaemia (41.9%), anorexia (38.7%), leukocytopenia (35.5%), vomiting and nausea (32.3%), thrombocytopenia (22.6%) and increase of ALT (16.1%).
