1.Methods:In this experiment,mandibular defects were established in SD rats(n=68),divided into 3 groups. Hydroxyapatit(HA) combined with TGF-β1 as a bone graft substitute was tested by slot blot hybridiztion to observe type Ⅰcollagen mRNA and the distribution of Ⅰcollagen protein under sirius red stain_poplarizing light.
