1.The factors affecting the finish effects are analyzed. Together with deweighting ratio, production ratio of reducing sugar, softness degree, strength loss are served as comprehensive indexes. Through optimal orthogonal design, the suitable cellulase finish process for cotton khaki drills is temperature 55 ℃, pH value 4.6, cellulase dosage 6% (owf), time 30 min and liquor ratio 1∶10.
2.Modification of ASO-1 aminoethyl and aminopropyl silicone oil with weight-average relative molecular weight of 37500 with acetic anhydride and butyrolactone could inhibit the yellowing of ASO-1. When acylation degree ≥48.87%, whiteness value of the fabric treated with the modified silicone oil increased more than 1.5 compared with that of the control sample with the unmodified, but the softness of the former became lower.
