3.Because of the limitation of pages,the authors only report the detailed computing chart,but omit the computer program. At the end of this paper the authors give the numerical results using NACA 0012 blade section,which show the functional dependence of power coefficient,blade section angle of attack,axial interference factor,starting moment coefficient on tip speed ratio,aspect ratio,solidity and blade bank angle,and make a brief discussion.
