2.ACTH and 5-HT positive markers in the lymphadenitis tissue of the two groups showed similar distribution,mainly in cortex of lymph gland T lymphocytes and lymphfollicle germinal center cellulae and macrophages etc,but expressive intensity had significant difference(P<0.05).
3.At high magnification, the germinal center in this reactive lymph node follicle has prominent macrophages with irregular cellular debris (so-called "tingible body macrophages"). Blood vessels are also more prominent.
