solvent evaporation
.Considering the drug quality and the test conditions, emulsification- solvent evaporation method was developed to prepare BUP-MS with PLGA as carriers.
.For the same purpose, CyA-loaded PLA particles were prepared by solvent evaporation process using chitosan-g-cholestorol amphiphilic polymer as surfactant.
.TDI, PPG, HOA and DBT are put into a 4_mouth flask, stirred with nitrogen incoming, heated to 80-85℃ progressively, and reacted for 3h, followed by temperature decrease. The compound is added by solvent and neutralizer, stirred uniformly and emulsified by the addition of water, to obtain the PU latex after the solvent evaporation.
.Methods: BUP-PLA-MS was prepared with polylactic acid (PLA) as carriers using the water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsion solvent evaporation method. The powder particle characteristics of BUP-PLA-MS were evaluated comprehensively, and its dissolution characteristics in vitro were studied.
.The crystal growth of CMn(H2O)4(NCS)2](18C6) and [Co(H2O)4-(NCS)2](18,C6) were separated by gel diffusion method and solvent evaporation method. The pink slice like crystal and rose red lump like crystal were obtaimed.
.Methods Methimazole-loaded PLGA microspheres were prepared by the oil-in-oil emulsion solvent evaporation technique. Three factors, including the weight ratio of drug to PLGA,PLGA concentration in internal phase and the emulsifier(Span 80) concentration in external phase, were known to be associated with the quality of the microspheres. A small composite design(Draper/Lin method) was used to investigate the effects of the three factors on encapsulation efficiency, drug loading and size distribution.
.Water borne paints like acrylic lacquers dry by evaporation of the solvent - be it water based solvent.
.These membrane forming conditions includes solvent, additive, composition and temperature of coagulation bath, and the time of pre-evaporation. The different solvents include Dimethyl Formamide(DMF), Dimethyl Acetamide(DMAc), Dimethyl Sulphoxide(DMSO) and Triethyl Phosphate(TEP). The different additives include Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone(PVP), Lithium Chloride(LiCl), glycerol, phosphoric acid and water.
.After evaporation of the solvent, remains a very thin transparent film to give effective temporary protection.TS801 is energy-save and ideal supersede of water displacement, which usually by oil heating at very hot temperature.
