8.Ten sets of adequate conditions were obtained by calculating the corresponding spectral data, at 222, 232, 249nm. The proposed method was developed to determine the content of total diterpene orthoesters (calculated on the basis of yuanhuacine) in yuanhua root injections. The mean recovery of yuanhuacine was 99.7% and the coefficient of variation was 1.7% (n=7).
9.The spectral behaviour of Ce~(3+) in the system of xMF_2-yYF_3 (M=Ca,Sr,Ba,x=0,1,2,y=0,1,2)and the relationship between both cations and ortho-cations substituted by the Ce~(3+) and the content of YF_3 were discussed. The comparison of the Ce~(3+) spectral behaviour with Eu~(2+) spectral behaviourwas made.
10.With experiences of the author in the tobacco near-infrared spectroscopy, factors affecting the accuracy of near-infrared spectroscopy are summarized and introduced in this paper, including the representation of the calibrating samples, sample water content, sample granularity, sample loading condition, spectral colleting parameters and so on, which provides some instructions to NIR operators in the areas.
