1.This article analyzes the geologic specialities of karst stack type bauxite and the requirement for bauxite quality according to technological condition in Bayer process , gives some opinions on exchanging and exploring industrial index which connected with mining, dressing document and production cost of bauxite mine during recent years.
3.A series of new processes and technologies are adopted, including bell less top with central charging hopper, complete cooling stave for furnace stack, combined design of ceramic cup and carbon bricks, external combustion type hot air stove, slag granulation treatment of Mingte technology, short process of pulverized coal preparation, dense phase conveying, even injection, etc.
4.Following advances are adopted in the design of No. 4 blast furnace based on the production experiences obtained in the three existing blast furnaces of Baosteel:bell less top with central charging hopper, furnace hearth lined with small hot compressed carbon brick,furnace stack with integrated cooling stave,flattened cast house of steel structure without sand bedding,new type hydraulic clay gun and taphole opening machine,new INBA granulated slag treatment,AGS gas cleaning,etc.
