2.According to the electro-heating model of L.A. Rosenthal, by computing electro-heating corresponding curve, computing the standard deviation of T + 3 and applying F-testing method and T-testing method to decide the consistence between the ignition time and the medium error respectively, the failure data of EIP is finally obtained through the temperature-rising curve, the aviation of resistance and the aviation of temperature rising.
