1.In aspects of the quality standard and stability test, we investigated the use of TLC on the separation and identification for Herba ephedrae, Radix peucedani, Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix sophorae flavescentis, Fructus gardeniae in the prescription.
2.Results Prescription injection rates of health care facility in rural area of Midwest provinces/cities of China(25.8%62.2%,mean: 45.1%) were higher than the standard of WHO(13.4%24.1%), and the injection abuse situation was serious.
3.Results: prescription compatibility of medicines and preparation course reasonably takes the root of mem- branous mikveth as the standard distingushing by HPLC,definite through the clinical observation curative effect,that the prevention respiration trace infection,the availability uas superior to the yupingfeng for 87%.
