1.By using solid diffusion、high temperature melting and controled atomic rate of O/Si<5. 3277 and O/(Si+Al)<2. 5438 in specimen, two set of EPMA standard specimen for light rareearth mineral with CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 as their matrix were preparated, in which content of rare-earth elements are different.
5.A mothod of measuring IR spectral normal emittance by a separate blackbody has been discribed. The equipment consisting of a slightly revised perkin-Elmer 577 IR spectropho-tometer, standard and reference blackbody furnaces and specimen heating furnace works at the spectral wavelength region from 2.5μm to 40μm and at temperatures region from 700 K to 1200 K.
7.Using this system, we detect the standard nucleic acid from America Acrometrix and China Clinical Laboratory Center to find its sensitivity, detect 10 neutralized test determined HBsAg positive specimen, 3 RIBA determined anti-HCV positive specimen and 3 Western Blot determined anti-HIV positive specimen to find its positive confirmatory rate with ELISA, detect clinical specimen to find its false-positive rate.
8.Applying above method, the J_(IC) -value of steel 907A has been measured to be 196.75 KJ/m~2, which is in accordance with result measured using England standard BS7448 Part4.Local instable fracture occurred in the process of weld specimen suffering applied load for steel 907A welded joint has been analyzed.
10.To inquire into the diagnostic standard,the distingnishing diagnosis and the pathogenesis of endometrial mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(EMALT oma) and endometrial pseudolymphoma(EPL),two biopsy specimen from EMALT oma and EPL each,were embedded in paraffin,stained by HE and marked by immunohistochemical sign:CD45,CD20,CD45RO,EMA(SP methods).
