3.Optimal dosage is selected by test and comprehensive analysis. Resultshow that viscosity of modified borne starch adhesive is approppriate when dosage of complex additiveis 11% ~ 12%(percent of starch weight),NaOH 3.2% . Rate of getting-damg of corugated paper boardmanufactured by using the modified borne starch adhesive ,The strength is high.
4.Determination coefficient R2 of protein, starch and lysine is respectively 0.985,0.973,0.978. The correlation coefficient r of independent validation set is 0.9853, 0.9644 and 0.9172 respectively, and relative standard deviation (RSD) is 4 0%,2 4%,5.4% respectively. 6.The influence of carrot,mung bean starch,compound phosphate,water and table salt on the cong ealing properties of eg g -carrot veg etarian sausag es was studied. The optimal formula of eg g -carrot veg etarian sausag es was obtained by one factor and orthog onal test. The optimal formula was:eg g 37.5%,carrot 25%,mung bean6%,compound phosphate0.5%,water 30%,table salt1%.
7.By one factor and orthogonal test the optimum conditions are obtained as follows: α-Amylase:Glucoamylase=3:1,enzyme amount 2.0%,time 20 hours, temperature 42℃, pH value 4.2. The remaining starch granules after enzymatic hydrolysis were analyzed the microstructure by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the crystallinity by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the absorptivity by rates of absorbing water and oil.
