1.The experimental result showed that when the replacement of cement by fly ash was less than 30% and by silica fume 5%,the freeze?thaw resistance and compressive strength of steam curing concrete met with the requirement of prestressed sleeper used in Qinghai?Tiber railway. ?
2.An additional deaerator is provided to the auxilizry boiler and the hot process condensate is directly used as boiler feed water(BFW), it makes separation of HP BFW and MP BFW,satisfies the requirement of MP BFW,releases the duty of the original deaerator and the polishing water system, increases the quality of HP steam, ensures the safety operation of steam turbine, stabilizes the steady production, and a considerable economic efficiency is achieved.
