1.Some lines with ps-2 male sterile gene were introduced from Bulgaria. The results observed in the open field proved that their sterility was stable without emasculation. The plants had normal stamen and pollen, and indehiscent anther.
2.1. The EST isozymes in buds are bound up with the expression of the stamen sterility by the research on lots isozymes of the different organ in sterile line CMS3411-7, CMS7311.
