(4)To organize the project feasibility study of the laboratory of NHRI for the basic law research on sediment transport,to take charge of the design of the project,and to participate in the design of the wind and wave flume(180m long),in which the scientific research projects of waterway training works and coastal engineering structures can be carried out under the combined action of wind,wave and current.
