1.All stylet-secretions can be stained with coomassie brilliant blue G-250 which specially dye protein, therefore, stylet-secretions must contain proteins.

It differs from H. mangderae and H. litchi by its males without bursa (reduced caudal alae present in H. mangderae and H. litchi),and differs from H-birchfeldi by having a longer stylet and lower numerical value of R,Rv and Ran.
8.The results showed the number of stylet probing was the least ( n= 16.00±1.93), the duration of S waveform was the shortest (6.33±1.43min), and the duration of Ib ±Ia waveforms was the longest (54.02±9.67min) during 5 hours, in which tea leafhoppers have been feeding on Longjin43 cultivar.
